I was born and raised in Costa Rica and have been actively involved in the real estate industry since 2003. Throughout my career, I have worked alongside respected local and international developers, as well as individual property owners, gaining extensive experience in residential sales, project marketing, and client representation.

I began my career working in sales departments for several development projects, serving as both Sales Agent and Sales Manager at Las Palmas Development. I later opened and managed the sales office for Tropical Homes Investment and Development, where I continued to strengthen my expertise in marketing, negotiations, and client service.

Today, I proudly operate my own real estate office in the heart of Coco, where I assist both buyers and sellers with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first approach.

I am certified by the Costa Rican Real Estate Association (CCCBR), where I completed specialized coursework in Property Valuation, Negotiation, Real Estate Law, Construction, and Agency Relationships. I am also an associate of the Global Association of Realtors (GAR) and a member of the National Association of Realtors. Through these affiliations, I have completed advanced studies in Condominium Law, Tax Considerations for Real Estate Professionals and Clients, Ethics, and Professional Standards.

As a real estate professional committed to the principles upheld by NAR, I adhere to a strict Code of Ethics, prioritize fiduciary responsibility, and pursue continuing education to stay informed about legal updates, market trends, and industry best practices that may impact my clients.

While real estate licensing requirements in Costa Rica are limited, I have voluntarily pursued professional certifications and ongoing education to ensure that my clients receive knowledgeable guidance, ethical representation, and high-quality service.
