Wendy Loves Costa Rica Real Estate

I was born and raised in Costa Rica, I am a Broker working with several local and larger developers, along with many individual property owners.

I have worked in real estate since 2003, working with several developers in their sales departments. I was an agent and manager in the sales office for Las Palmas development for several years, then opened and managed an office for Tropical Homes Investment and Development where I worked for a few years.

I have my own office in the heart of Coco assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs here.

I have also received my certification from the Costa Rican Real Estate Association (CCCBR) which included courses in Valuation, the Negotiation Process, Real Estate Law, Construction and Agency.

I am also a Global Association of Realtors (GAR) associate and a member of the National Association of Realtors, and have studied the Legal Aspects of Condomium Law, Tax Issues for Real Estate Brokers

and Clients, Ethics and Professional Practices with this organization.

I have earned this certification so that I can provide professional

service to all of my clients, and so that I stay current on all changes and advancements that can affect my clients.

There are no licensing requirements to sell real estate and not many have obtained these types of certifications.My goal is to help you find the property you are looking for and to give you the best advice you need to fulfill your dreams.

I want to make the process simple and comfortable for you so that youcan enjoy your time here in Costa Rica. I have helped many people do that in the past few years and hope that I can do the same for you. My promise to you is to provide professional service with a smile.

Jeremy has always been interested in real estate. Even as a child,he

would visit my office WENDY LOVES COSTA RICA REAL ESTATE

and want to go on appointments with me. As he grew up, he would help

with showings and helping clients when he could.Jeremy is now in the university studing Law with a focus on Real Estate. He has also been working with me for since 2021 working with clients, both from Costa Rica and foreign clients.

Jeremy can assist clients with all facets of real estate. He knows Coco beach real estate and the surrounding areas and has always lived in this area.He also learned english at an early age and can communicate will in both spanish and english.
