Buying property in Costa Rica is different from buying property in the United States, Canada or other countries. Once you have found a property you are interested in, I will help coordinate the next steps of the transaction, including the offer, negotiations, due diligence, inspections when appropriate, financing and closing process. A qualified Costa Rican attorney should be involved in the legal and due-diligence process. Your attorney will review the property's legal documentation and help ensure that the transaction is properly completed. I will work closely with you, the seller, the attorney and the other professionals involved so that everyone stays informed throughout the process.
