Costa Rica increases maximum stay period for tourist from 90 days to 180 days

Just sharing this great news for tourists”. Costa Rica increases maximum stay period for tourist from 90 days to 180 days. This are great news for US and Canadian citizens that live here in Playas Del coco and the Guanacaste beach region, some part time, others full time. We also have lots of "snowbirds" and retirees that enjoy spending time here where it is warm all year round.

“Sharing our country with others is one of the things that make Costa Ricans most happy. It's always a good time to visit properties here, we have sun all year. If you have an idea of when you would like to visit, please let me know and we can arrange a time to see some properties. If you would like to send me some from my website that interest you, we can start with those. If you have any questions about real estate here, please let me know.
