Sobre Wendy Mi nombre es Wendy Aguirre López. Nací en Guanacaste , Costa Rica he vivido en un paraíso frente a la playa conocida como Playa Del Coco. Yo soy una corredora de Bienes Raíces que trabaja con los desarrolladores locales y duenos independientes de propiedades. He trabajado en el sector inmobiliario desde 2003 y han estado con Playa de Las Palmas la mayor parte de ese tiempo..Ahora trabajo tambien como Gerente General de Tropical Homes una empresa Desarrolladora en Playas del Coco con la que trabajo desde el 2006. También he recibido mi certificación de la Camara de corredores de bienes Raices de Costa Rica(CCCBR) que incluía cursos de valoración, el proceso de negociación, derecho inmobiliario, y de la construcción. No es un requisito de obtener licencias para vender bienes raíces en Costa Rica y muchos no han obtenido dicha certificación de la CCCBR y tampoco tienen la capacitación o experiencia al respecto. De esta manera se puedo brindar un servicio profesional a todos mis clientes, y mantenerse al día sobre todos los cambios y avances que pueden afectar a mis clientes. If you wish to purchase property in any one of the Las Palmas or projects Wendy is one of the superior agents to use in the contract
to purchase. She is very knowledgeable in all the contract procedures plus she can assist you with any problem that may arise. Such as need of a lawyer, setting up a bank account, changes you may want to make to your property while it is being built. Wendy is a wonderful and honest person who will help you in any way she can with your contract to purchase a unit. Wendy is still there after the purchase letting you know whats happening to your unit while it is being built and you are away. Wendy is aware of the fact that you can use your I.R.A. or 401 K to purchase property and knows the lawyer that can complete the paperwork to make this contract work. My wife and I would recommend Wendy as an agent to anyone seeking to purchase property in the Las Palmas project. She is extremely helpful.
