Yancy is a native Costa Rican born in San Jose. She has several years experience working with a major medical equipment and pharmaceutical company with inernational sales in Central America, the US and India. Yancy moved to Coco to enjoy living at the beach and to take advantage of the great opportunity to work in real estate here. She enjoys time with family and friends, and spending time at the beach and outdoors.

After many trips to Costa Rica starting in 2001 and exploring many parts of this wonderful country, I finally made the leap and bought the first of two properties here in 2005. It has been an adventure, one that I love and don't regret!

I'm a seasoned real estate professional in my other life, I've worked in real estate sales in Northern California since 1993 and have been one of the top agents in a large office most of that time. I was in property management and relocation before that so my real estate background is well-rounded. I'm also an investor in N. California and now Costa Rica, too.
