Welcome to Wendy Loves Costa Rica, your source for information about real estate in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica. Costa Rica is great tourist destination and is quickly becoming a destination for many Europeans, Canadians and North Americans desiring to make a part-time or full-time home here. Many others are purchasing a condo or home as a second home or get-away and using established property management companies to rent their properties to tourists while it would otherwise be vacant, generating income as well. Although prices are rising, they are still very reasonable, sometime amazingly so.
